Howdy y'all!

My name is Carlos Bennett. I’m an espresso machine technician and i specialize in Home unit espresso machines.

I am absolutely fascinated with espresso machines. I’ve been independently learning the why’s and how’s of the inner workings of an espresso machine for nearly a decade. As a professional, I’ve put in well over 10,000 hours. It’s safe to say that I’ve learned quite a lot about these machines.

I’ve seen just about every coffee machine for home use out there. Most makes and models, they all do the same thing, make coffee. Of course every machine has its own nuance. I strive to know what those are. I stand by my work and warranty every unit that I have the pleasure of working on.

DEEP CLEANS and REBUILDS

We do complete teardowns in order to fully clean the inside of your espresso machine.

CUSTOM MODIFICATIONS

Making your espresso machine as unique as you is not as difficult as one would think. We customize panels and knobs. We'll install PIDs. How about leather wrapping your portafilter? Add lights! Whatever you can come up with, we can do!

We do the very best reconditiong of E61 Groupheads. We clean, descale, rebuild, and recondition. Very few truly know the intricates like we do!

REPAIRS

Once issues are known, it’s time to get down to fixin’ From electrical to mechanical, we will do our best to find the right part at a decent price. We offer estimates and are transparent with labor/service costs during the entire process.

I can repair most makes and models of espresso machines made for home use. Brands include; La Marzocco, Rocket, La Pavoni, ECM, Bezzera, Quickmill, Alex Duetto, Rancilio, Jura, Saeco, Gaggia, Phillips, and much more!

How does the repair work?

The process starts with filling out the contact form.

We will contact you and arrange a date for you to bring your unit to our shop, or a tech to visit to pick up your unit*.

In some cases the repairs will be performed on site and on the spot.

Once the repair is complete, we again arrange a date for the delivery and/or pick up and a final test of your espresso machine.
